Come stay in our pretty townhome close to downtown SE Salem area. 10 min to Salem Health Campus, Willamette University, capitol buildings, fairgrounds and stores. Fast wireless internet and free parking. It’s very clean with comfy furniture and restful beds upstairs! The kitchen is stocked with basics. Kitchen table/chairs and patio table/chairs sits 6 comfortably. 6 people max +2 vehicles per city code. No animals PLEASE due to owners chronic lung disease. No smoking, vaping or mj. The space 3 nice sized bedrooms. Very clean and well organized. 10pm quiet time. No unauthorized guests. No pets. Owner is available if questions or concerns come up. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home except the garage. Other things to note Our home is located in a quiet area where some of Salem‘s first homes were built . We are a 10 minute drive to Salem Health campus , Willamette University, the Oregon State fairgrounds and the Capitol buildings. We are close to Bush Park with beautiful walking trails, an art museum and Rose Gardens. Riverfront Park is nearby where it is Home to the Iron Man competition every year, Salem‘s carousel and the beautiful Willamette river with walking trails, nice picnic area and an amphitheater. Shopping malls and grocery stores are near by.
